“A portrait of my child, once a week, every week, in 2013″
Bo: Having a hot porridge breakfast on our new back steps. It’s the warmest place in the whole house first thing in the morning and together we sit in the winter sun and listen to the birds singing. It’s a perfect moment every day, and a new ritual that you already know well, and it is just ours alone amidst the glorious chaos that is life.
My favourite portrait this week was of these little knees, complete with taped up toes and all the fun of a summer at play. Lovely.

Rachel - I LOVE her little poncho!!! She is absolutely darling — all grown up and eating her porridge by herself. Awesome coordination skills! Congrats on the new place.
