PIN IT“A portrait of my child, once a week, every week, in 2013.”

Bo: She’s always got places to be, this kid.

My favourite portraits this week were those of little siblings, little loves  Lamb and Fox and his little furrowed brow and these two little rays of light. Is there anything like the love of a little brother or sister? One day, some how, some way, I’ll give Bo that love… the love of a sibling.

    Julie - This image literally took my breath away. Such a beautiful use of light coupled with the energy of Bo. WOW! ps it took me 19 years to give Tamika a sibling, I never wanted it to take that long. But some things in life you cannot change, like separation from your child’s Father; and the years of singleness that followed; which then followed by years of fertility struggles.
